Revise Institute of Aesthetic Science was created through the merger of Med-Surg Aesthetics & Laser Academy and Ageless Beauty & Wellness, bringing together elite education and expert-led patient care within one elevated destination for aesthetic transformation.
Our mission is to redefine how aesthetic medicine is taught, practiced, and experienced. We've created a place where students receive institute-level training, gain real confidence in a clinical setting, and patients receive truly personalized care from expert providers in every aesthetic niche.

Erin is a trailblazing leader in laser aesthetics. She's a Sciton Luminary and national speaker on advanced laser technologies who has spent over 20 years working across spa, medical, oncology aesthetics and clinical training.
Through that experience, she recognized a critical gap: providers were entering the field without the structured, advanced training needed to succeed in medical environments.
Determined to change that, Erin founded Med-Surg Aesthetics & Laser Academy, creating an immersive, hands-on training model designed to prepare providers for cosmetic medical environments with high clinical standards gained through expert guidance, significant hands-on training and real-world practice.
After meeting Leslie at an aesthetics event, they realized their shared vision of developing expert level aesthetic graduates.
Their ultimate vision is realized in the opening of Revise Institute of Aesthetic Science, setting a new standard in aesthetics education, creating a clear path for providers to develop skills, confidence, and true career momentum.

Leslie’s path began as a nurse practitioner with a strong foundation in emergency and clinical care before transitioning into advanced medical aesthetics.
Driven by a belief that confidence, wellness, and self-image are deeply connected, she opened Ageless Beauty & Wellness, where clinical precision and artistry came together.
Her background in high-level patient care helped refine her approach to medspa management. Recognizing the high standards and vision she and Erin shared, Leslie became Medical Director and instructor at Med-Surg Academy. Her advanced injectables training methods are reflected in her comprehensive 275-page textbook designed to help providers refine technique, safety, and artistry.
Her philosophy has always remained rooted in integrity, education, safety, and helping patients feel as good internally as they look externally. The vision evolved into Revise Institute of Aesthetic Science, where patients experience Revise 360™, a comprehensive approach that connects inner wellness, advanced aesthetics, and expert-guided care to reveal the full picture of personal transformation.
