Privacy Policy

Updated July 1, 2026

This privacy policy applies to Revise Institute, LLC ("Revise", "we", "us"), including www.revisesinstitute.com. We are concerned with your online privacy and this statement explains our views and practices regarding privacy laws and how we collect, use and protect personal information when visitors access our website, engage with us or purchase educational or medspa services.

1. Information We Collect & Our Do Not Share Policy
a. We collect information that you voluntarily provide when you:
Create or manage an account; request information or pricing; schedule an appointment or consultation; purchase services; subscribe to email or text communications; contact customer support; or otherwise communicate with us. The information you provide may include your name, email address, telephone number, mailing or billing address, preferred communication method, services of interest, account information, appointment preferences, and the contents of messages or other communications you send to us. Calls may be recorded, monitored, or transcribed for training, quality assurance, customer service, security, or recordkeeping purposes. Where legally required, we will provide notice or obtain consent before recording or transcribing a call.
b. We do not share our customer data or mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except for aggregators and providers of text messaging services. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of services, such as customer services is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
c. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, passwords, medical records, protected health information, or other highly sensitive information through our general website forms, email, text messages, or telephone numbers.

2. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, approximate location, pages viewed, links clicked, visit dates and times, referring website, form interactions, advertising interactions, and cookie or device identifiers. We use this information to operate and secure our website, understand how visitors use it, improve the visitor experience, measure marketing performance, and prevent fraud or misuse.

3. Information From Other Sources
We may receive information from referral partners, business directories, public business websites, social media platforms, scheduling services, customer relationship management systems, advertising platforms, analytics providers, payment processors, and integrations you authorize. We may combine information from these sources with information you provide directly to us.

4. How We Use Your Information
Revise may use personal information to:
Provide requested information, consultations, appointments, products, and services; respond to inquiries; schedule appointments; create and manage accounts; process payments; provide customer support; send appointment or account notifications; send requested email or text communications; personalize content; improve our website and services; measure marketing performance; conduct advertising and retargeting; protect our systems; prevent fraud or abuse; maintain consent and opt-out records; comply with legal obligations; and enforce our agreements. We may also use information for another purpose that we clearly explain when the information is collected or that you authorize.

5. When and With Whom We Share Information
Revise may share personal information with trusted service providers that help us operate our website and business. These providers may include website hosts, cloud storage providers, customer relationship management platforms, scheduling services, telephone providers, SMS and email delivery platforms, payment processors, analytics providers, advertising platforms, security providers, accountants, attorneys, and customer-support providers. These providers receive information only as reasonably necessary to provide services to Revise. We do not authorize them to use your personal information for their own unrelated marketing. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to a lawful request, prevent fraud, protect our rights or systems, enforce an agreement, or protect someone's health, safety, or welfare. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction. We may also share information when you direct us to do so or give us permission.

6. Our Data-Sharing Commitment to Privacy
Revise Institute, LLC does not sell, rent, or trade customer or prospect contact lists.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile telephone numbers, text-message consent, or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that help us deliver requested services, communications, payments, website functionality, analytics, or advertising. Sharing information with a provider for a specific business purpose is different from giving that provider permission to use your information for its own marketing.

7. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
Revise and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, web beacons, tags, scripts, and similar technologies.
Cookies are small files stored on your browser or device. Web beacons and pixels are electronic tools that can record when a webpage, advertisement, or email is viewed or acted upon. We may use these technologies to operate our website, remember preferences, maintain security, understand website traffic, measure form activity, determine whether emails are opened, improve website performance, and evaluate advertising results. We may also use advertising and retargeting technologies provided by platforms such as Google or Meta. These technologies may allow us to display Revise advertisements to previous website visitors and measure whether an advertisement resulted in a website visit, appointment request, or other action. Advertising providers may receive limited information such as cookie identifiers, IP addresses, browser or device information, pages viewed, and advertisement interactions. We do not provide advertising platforms with SMS opt-in information for their own marketing. Certain state privacy laws may define advertising disclosures as the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information or the use of personal information for targeted advertising, even though Revise does not sell contact lists or receive money for the information. You may control cookies through your browser settings and through our cookie preference tool, where available. Blocking certain cookies may prevent portions of the website from working properly. Where required by applicable law and technically supported, we will recognize a valid Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of applicable advertising-related sharing for the browser or device sending the signal. Because there is no universally accepted standard for traditional browser "Do Not Track" signals, our website may not respond to those signals. Global Privacy Control is different from a traditional Do Not Track setting.

8. SMS and MMS Communications
When you voluntarily provide your mobile number and opt in, you consent to receive text messages from Revise at the number provided. Messages may include responses to your inquiry, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, account notices, customer-support communications, requested links, service announcements, and marketing or promotional messages described when you opt in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing products or services. We use mobile information to deliver messages, respond to requests, provide reminders, maintain consent records, document communication preferences, and comply with applicable laws and carrier requirements. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be provided to subcontractors and service providers that support our messaging services, including telephone carriers, messaging aggregators, communication platforms, CRM providers, customer-support providers, and compliance providers. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. After receiving your request, we may send one final confirmation message and will then stop the messages covered by your request.

Revise Institute, LLC does not sell, rent, or trade customer or prospect contact lists.

Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information: https://reviseinstitute.com/terms-conditions

9. Email Communications
We may use your email address to respond to inquiries, send requested information, confirm appointments, deliver account notices, provide customer support, send newsletters, and communicate about Revise products and services. Our commercial emails will use accurate sender information, avoid misleading subject lines, include our business mailing address, and provide a method for unsubscribing. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link included in the message or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not prevent us from sending nonmarketing communications concerning an active account, transaction, purchased service, security issue, legal notice, or request you initiated.

10. Payment Information
Payments may be processed through Stripe or another authorized payment provider. Revise does not ordinarily store complete payment-card information on its own servers. Payment processors may collect your card information, bank information, billing address, transaction details, and fraud-prevention information under their own privacy policies. Revise may receive limited information such as your name, billing contact information, payment amount, payment status, card type, and the last four digits of your payment card.

11. How Long We Keep Information
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain customer relationships, respond to inquiries, process transactions, maintain consent and opt-out records, protect our systems, resolve disputes, comply with legal or accounting obligations, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods depend on the type of information, the reason it was collected, the length of the customer relationship, contractual obligations, legal requirements, and security needs. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, deidentify, aggregate, or securely isolate it. Information may remain in backups for a limited period until those backups are overwritten or deleted through normal procedures.

12. How We Protect Information
Revise uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These safeguards may include access controls, authentication, encryption during transmission, secure payment providers, confidentiality requirements, system monitoring, backup procedures, and restrictions on employee, contractor, and provider access. No website, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your passwords, login credentials, and account access information.

13. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live and whether an applicable privacy law applies to Revise, you may have the right to:
Access personal information we maintain about you; correct inaccurate information; request deletion of certain information; obtain a portable copy of certain information; withdraw consent; opt out of targeted advertising or certain advertising-related sharing; limit certain uses of sensitive information; or appeal the denial of a privacy request. These rights are subject to legal limitations and exceptions. For example, we may retain information needed to complete a transaction, provide a requested service, maintain an opt-out record, prevent fraud, protect security, comply with law, or establish or defend legal rights. To submit a request, email:
[email protected]. Please describe your request and your relationship with Revise. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Where permitted, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf, but we may require proof of the agent's authority. Revise will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

14. Children's Privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 submitted personal information to us, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact us at:
[email protected].

15. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, scheduling platforms, payment providers, social media networks, review platforms, videos, and other services. These third parties operate independently and maintain their own privacy policies. Revise is not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of an unrelated third-party service. We encourage you to review a third party's privacy policy before submitting information to that party.

16. International Visitors
Revise Institute, LLC and Revise Aesthetics, LLC are based in the United States. If you visit our website from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or another country where our providers operate. Where an international privacy law applies to our processing, we may process information based on your consent, our contractual obligations, our legitimate business interests, or the need to comply with law.

17. Updates to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, technology, providers, legal obligations, or information practices. The updated version will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. If a change materially affects how we use previously collected personal information, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required.
