Our Aesthetics Instructor Program prepares experienced professionals to teach with structure, authority, and consistency, without losing the artistry and client-first approach that makes great aestheticians unforgettable.
Program Overview
This is not "how to teach facials". We offer career focused, medically aligned aesthetics including skin science, protocols, treatment planning, and safety forward professionalism while learning the skills required for the Arizona instructor pathway.
Format
Instructor theory, guided practice, supervised student teaching, and clinic oversight
Curriculum alignment
Arizona instructor curriculum (350 hours)
You'll learn how to:
Build and deliver plans that stick
Teach both foundational aesthetics and medical aesthetics concepts within scope
Demonstrate and evaluate practical skills (clinic floor + classroom)
Coach students through real-world scenarios: contraindications, skin conditions, treatment planning, documentation, professionalism, and client communication
This program follows Arizona's instructor curriculum framework including curriculum development, presentation principles, classroom management, diversity in learning, ethics, and clinic oversight, so you can step into an educator role ready to lead.
What You'll Be Able To Do
By the end of the program, you'll be able to:
Teach with confidence using adult-learning strategies and clear outcomes
Create course materials, skills checklists, demos, and practical rubrics
Manage the classroom and clinic floor (time, safety, performance, remediation)
Train students on LME aligned medical aesthetics topics such as treatment planning, advanced modalities and professional standards used in med-spa environments.
This program follows Arizona's instructor curriculum framework including curriculum development, presentation principles, classroom management, diversity in learning, ethics, and clinic oversight, so you can step into an educator role ready to lead.
Prerequisites: Esthetician or Cosmetology license
NOTE: This course meets in-person both days at our facility to provide hands-on training with live models.
Tuition & Fees
Tuition: $4,000
Registration fee: $200 (non-refundable)
A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your space. Tuition must be paid in full 14 days prior to the start date or you will be bumped to the next available session and your deposit forfeited.

• Dermaplaning and advanced service sequencing
• Cosmeceutical ingredients + product chemistry
• Numbing procedures (protocol-based education)
• Phlebotomy concepts in aesthetics (overview + professionalism standards)
• Disease recognition basics & referral mindset
• HIPAA awareness + professionalism in clinical environments
• Electronic medical records (EMR) basics for med-aesthetics settings
