Co-Founder Revise Institute

Erin Cooper is the founder of Med-Surg Academy, and a leader in laser aesthetics, bringing over 25 years of experience across spa, medical, oncology aesthetics, laser technology, and clinical training. Early in her career, she recognized a major gap in the industry, that providers lacked a clear, structured path into medical aesthetics.

Determined to change that, Erin developed a comprehensive training platform designed to give students a true advantage through hands-on experience, advanced technology, and real clinical application. Her programs bridge the gap between education and practice, preparing providers to confidently step into modern medical environments.

This platform became the foundation of Med-Surg Academy and now evolves into Revise Institute, where Erin has partnered with Leslie Johnson and Ageless Beauty & Wellness to expand that vision. Together, they’ve created a fully integrated model that combines advanced training with real clinical practice, elevating both education and patient care in a way the industry has never seen before.

Leslie Johnson, FNP-C, Medical Director

Leslie Johnson is the Founder of Ageless Beauty & Wellness, bringing over 20 years of clinical experience as a nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner. Her background in ICU and emergency medicine built a strong foundation in patient care, safety, and clinical precision.

A respected injector and educator, Leslie is known for delivering natural, balanced results while upholding the highest standards of care. She leads the institute’s wellness division and Elite Injector Career Path, mentoring providers in advanced techniques, patient care, and integrating aesthetics with overall health.

As Co-Founder of Revise Institute, Leslie recognized in Erin Cooper a shared vision for elevating both education and patient outcomes. Together, they've built an integrated model where providers are trained within a real clinical environment, raising the standard of learning, accelerating confidence, and ultimately delivering a higher standard of care to every patient. This collaboration elevates both provider education and patient care in a way that sets a new industry standard.

Leigh Ann Caryl, LE, MAP-C, CLI

Laser Instructor

Leigh Ann is a licensed medical aesthetician and laser instructor at Revise Institute who believes exceptional skin transformations begin with education. Known for her thoughtful, science-based approach, she helps clients and students understand not only what treatments to perform, but why they work. Leigh Ann is passionate about creating customized treatment plans that deliver real, lasting results while respecting each individual's goals and budget. Her supportive, judgment-free style has earned the trust of countless clients seeking healthier, more confident skin. As an instructor, she is dedicated to sharing her clinical knowledge, hands-on experience, and commitment to ethical, evidence-based skincare with the next generation of aesthetic professionals.

Becca Figueroa, LE, MAP-C, CLI

Laser Instructor

Rebecca has spent nearly two decades in esthetics, after leaving a Fortune 50 company for her career in skincare. She transitioned into medical esthetics seven years ago and developed a passion for lasers and energy-based devices as well as for continuing her professional education and sharing that knowledge. Specializing in treating skin of color, she thrives on helping people with complex and hard-to-treat skin concerns. For the past two years, she has shared her passion for science, education, and results-driven skincare as a certified laser instructor at Revise Institute, continuing a longstanding commitment to education fellow estheticians and elevating the field.

Layla Johnson, LE, MAP-C, CLT

Teaching Assistant

Seeing the difference healthy skin can make in someone's confidence is what inspired Layla to pursue a career in medical aesthetics. She holds her Medical Aesthetician License, Certified Laser Technician certification and completed Revise Institute's advanced Medical Aesthetician Professional certification. Her broad aesthetics background enables her to provide customized medical-grade skincare, advanced aesthetic treatments and light and laser therapies designed to improve skin health and confidence. Watching those transformations firsthand is one of the most rewarding parts of her career. As a teaching assistant, she loves sharing her knowledge and helping students build confidence and clinical skills to succeed in the aesthetics industry.

Amy Mange, LE, MAP-C, CLT

MedAesthetics Instructor

Amy is a Licensed Aesthetician, MAP-C certified medical aesthetician, and Certified Laser Technician who combines advanced clinical training with a genuine passion for helping patients achieve healthier, more confident skin. Inspired by her own experience overcoming acne, hyperpigmentation, and PCOS, she understands that every skin journey is unique and deserves a personalized approach. As an instructor at Revise Institute, Amy is dedicated to preparing the next generation of aesthetic professionals by sharing evidence-based techniques, hands-on experience, and a patient-first philosophy. She believes education has the power to transform both careers and lives, and finds it incredibly rewarding to help students build the knowledge and confidence to make a lasting difference for their future patients.

Aesthetic Consultant & Laser Trainer

Jason Merkin brings a unique blend of real-world industry insight and advanced technology expertise to Revise Institute. With over a decade in medical aesthetics and experience working alongside leading companies in devices, skincare, and injectables, Jason has been deeply involved in identifying what actually drives results inside successful practices. As the founder of Archon Aesthetics, he focuses on evaluating and introducing cutting-edge technologies including Silkro RF, exosomes, and advanced skincare protocols, helping practices elevate both clinical outcomes and patient experience.

At Revise Institute, Jason teaches from what’s actively working in the field today. His approach gives students a clear understanding of how to integrate devices into treatment plans, align with patient demand, and build long-term success in modern aesthetics.

Kira Wright, CLI, CLT

Aesthetic Laser Trainer

Known among peers and clients as “The Laser Witch,” Kira Wright brings over 14 years of advanced laser expertise and artistry to Revise Institute. As a Sciton Luminary, she has treated hundreds of patients using cutting-edge laser technologies to address complex skin concerns and deliver transformative, natural-looking results.

Kira is known for blending science with intuition, helping providers understand not just how to perform treatments, but how to tailor protocols to each patient’s unique skin and goals. She emphasizes the balance of precision and artistry, teaching providers how to think critically and adapt treatments for consistent, high-level outcomes. She is a Sciton Luminary and faculty at SkinCEO. At Revise, she teaches from real clinical experience, giving students practical insight into advanced laser techniques, skin health, and achieving consistent outcomes in modern aesthetics.
