This is a 20-hour online course taken as (5), 4-hour Zoom classes for your convenience, followed by (2) full 8-hour days of combined didactic and hands-on clinical training in our Scottsdale academy. Upon completion, you will have met all of the requirements set forth by the state of Arizona to obtain certification for the operation of non-ionizing cosmetic laser devices as a Laser Safety Officer (LSO).

Step 1: Intro to Injectables (2 Days)

Learn the fundamentals of aesthetic injections in a focused, small group setting. Taught by Leslie Johnson, FNP-C with over 20 years NP experience and 15 years in medical aesthetics. She is the founder of Ageless Beauty & Wellness and Co-Owner of Med-Surg Academy, bringing unparalleled expertise in neuromodulators, dermal fillers and biostimulators.

Her proprietary teaching methods are authored in a 275-page injectables textbook providing comprehensive training for both beginners and advanced injectors. seeking to refine their techniques. Emphasizing natural results, patient safety and business acumen, Leslie's clinical pearls blend medical expertise with emotional intelligence to create authentic patient connections, outstanding results and increased retention. This course includes:

• Neuromodulator and dermal filler foundations

• Patient consultation & assessment

• Neuromodulators with hands-on practice with live models
• Dermal fillers with hands-on practice with live models

You’ll leave with the confidence to perform basic injections and a strong foundation to build on.

Step 2: Injector Mentorship (4 Days)

This clinical mentorship gives you real experience treating patients in our MedSpa under expert supervision. It’s the bridge between training and confidence.

• Treat real patients with diverse skin types and goals

• Observe and participate in clinical operations, charting, and protocols

• Understand patient flow, communication, follow-ups, and outcomes

• Gain insight into managing treatments, complications, and expectations

Mentorship sessions are held weekly and led by our Medical Director, giving you a safe, supportive environment to grow your skills.

Step 3: Injector Apprenticeship (6 months)

Take the next step by growing your own patient base that you take with you, while operating under our MedSpa’s oversight. The apprenticeship is flexible and designed to fit around your current work schedule.

Medical license including RN, NP, PA, MD, DO or DMD.

Tuition & Fees

Tuition: $6,000

Registration: $200 (non-refundable)

A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your space in any session. Tuition must be paid in full 30 days prior to your session start date or you will be moved to the next available session and your deposit forfeited.

Travel Arranagements

The Revise Institute team can help coordinate travel arrangements for out-of-area students wishing to travel for hands-on training.
