Revise Institute was founded by Erin Cooper and Leslie Johnson, two industry leaders who saw firsthand what was missing in both education and patient care—and set out to redefine it.

Erin's Education Platform

Erin Cooper is a trailblazing leader in laser aesthetics and the founder of Med-Surg Academy. As a Sciton Luminary and national speaker on advanced laser technologies, she has spent over 25 years working across spa, medical, oncology aesthetics, and clinical training.

Through that experience, she recognized a critical gap: providers were entering the field without the structured, advanced training needed to succeed in real medical environments.

Determined to change that, Erin built a cutting-edge, hybrid training platform designed to go far beyond certification—one that integrates hands-on experience, advanced technologies, and real clinical application. This model set a new standard in aesthetics education, creating a clear path for providers to develop skill, confidence, and true career momentum.

Leslie's Medspa Excellence

Leslie Johnson, FNP-C, brings clinical experience as a nurse practitioner, including a strong foundation in emergency and critical care, along with 15 years specializing in medical aesthetics.

A highly respected injector and leader in wellness, Leslie is known for delivering natural, balanced results through a combination of clinical precision, safety, and artistry.

She is the founder of Ageless Beauty & Wellness where she integrates medical expertise and emotional intelligence to build meaningful patient relationships and long-term success. She joined Erin as Co-Owner of Med-Surg Academy, where she developed a proprietary 275-page injectables textbook focusing on facial balance, precision placement, and refined techniques that consistently elevate patient outcomes.

When Erin and Leslie met, they immediately recognized a shared vision, one rooted in innovation, education, and raising the standard of care.

That vision became Med-Surg Academy and Ageless Beauty & Wellness that worked together in a fully integrated model where advanced education and

real patient care exist side by side, shaping providers through true clinical experience, not just theory.

They built a system where training, mentorship, and hands-on application work together to develop skill, judgment, and confidence at the highest level.

Now, that vision evolves into Revise Institute.
